CLASSES
Classes at the House for Wellness are focused on improving mobility and mastery of your own body's movement. The primary focus for many of our classes is skill development so they are in now way like your ordinary workout. Every set, every rep, is an opportunity to learn and dive deeper into your strengths as well as your weaknesses.
All of the groups have a 6-8 person maximum in order to ensure you receive personalized coaching and don't let lost in the crowd. The vibe is chill, focused, and as energizing as hot green tea. Classes types include workouts focused on the following pillars of fitness: Strength, Balance, Flexibility, Mobility, and Recovery. We ensure there is something for every need and skill level.
Access to all classes may be either through paying a drop in rate of $30.00 per a class or purchasing a 5 class pack at $125.00 or get a 10 class pack at $200.00. Class packs have no expiration and may be used for all classes.
10% discounts apply for military, students, seniors (65+ years), food & beverage staff, and emergency personnel.
