Make strength and mobility training part of your weekly routine with this well rounded workout involving circuits of exercises and drills to keep you moving strong.
HIP MOBILITY
Find new ranges with this specialty mobility class focused on improving hip mobility. Learn how to stretch and strengthen your legs for easier movement.
GROUP MEDITATION
Join us for pop-up meditation groups held at different times during the week. Each session is 45-60 minutes in length. Stay posted for offerings.
CORE & CALISTHENICS
Our spin on calisthenics training that challenges strength, balance, coordination, and mobility all in one workout. Workouts are an intense 60 minutes of strength training targeting core musculature.
YOGA THERAPY
A restorative and mindfulness based yoga practice utilizing simple and edgy postures and movements geared towards promoting self-awareness.
BALANCE &
HANDSTANDS
Looking for a challenge? Then join us for this workout designed to challenge either your lower or upper body with balance. These classes are for those with an intermediate level of fitness.
SPINAL MOBILTIY
Find new ranges with this specialty mobility class focused on improving spinal mobility. Learn how to stretch and strengthen your back for easier movement.
STRETCH THERAPY
Looking for a feel-good stretching class that'll get you moving better? Then join us for this practice which is an hour of stretching focused on any areas the group wishes to target for each session.
SQUATS &
LUNGES
A fun and challenging take on "leg-day". This class in includes balancing, mobilizing, and strengthening exercises that'll help you find a new set of legs.
SHOULDER MOBILTIY
Find new ranges with this specialty mobility class focused on improving shoulder mobility. Learn how to stretch and strengthen your arms for easier movement.
YIN YOGA
Find support while challenging your body to lengthen through this yoga practice that utilizes long held stretches arranged in a sequence that gets into each and every layer.
GROUP KETTLEBELLS
An all levels strength training class using the versatile training tool known as the kettlebell. Learn how to lift for better function and with better form.
Whether you're interested in refining your current routine or are wanting a complete overhaul then we have all sorts of classes for you.
Access to all classes may be either through paying a drop in rate of $20.00 per a class
or purchasing a 6 class pack at $105.00 or get a 12 class pack at $180.00. Class packs have no expiration and may be used for all classes.
10% discounts apply for students, seniors (65+ years), emergency personnel, and current Rolfees receiving regular sessions.
